Customer portal

With the Timewax Customer Portal, you give the customer the opportunity to approve the hours worked digitally. This makes this feature extremely suitable for projects based on time material, where it is necessary for the customer to approve the hours worked. This prevents endless paperwork and ensures timely invoicing.

Empower your customer

With the Customer Portal, you give the customer the option to approve or reject the hours worked for him or her. When the employee enters his/her hours, the customer receives an email with a link. Through this link, he or she simply logs in to a protected area of your Timewax account. Here the customer can view and approve the booked hours, after which we save the details of this session in your Timewax account.

Over your client’s head

It does not mean that your customer has complete control. The person in charge of the project or the department manager can also approve the hours worked. You always have the option to proceed with the hours worked received from your employee, even when the customer has not yet had time to approve the hours through the Customer Portal. If Timewax is linked to AFAS or Exact Online, the hours are automatically forwarded for invoicing after approval.

Your own customer portal

From an email, your customer clicks on a link to approve the hours worked. This link leads to your Customer Portal that’s connected to your Timewax account. You can easily brand your portal. This way, the portal matches your company’s corporate image. This also applies to the emails that your customer receives from Timewax.

Project-level setup

With the Timewax Customer Portal, you decide on which projects the hours worked need to be approved by the customer. If you enable the Customer Portal for a project, you can then invite your customer to approve hours. You can easily set this up while creating the project in Timewax.
