After you have registered, one of our planning experts will contact you. We discuss your needs and give advice on how to best set up Timewax. Together we make a plan about who does what.

TRAINING

After the intake, we train 3 to 4 key users using our online learning environment. Based on the intake, we prepare specific learning lines for you, so that you are trained exactly to your needs.

SETUP

In this step we set up the system together. Based on our experience with your industry, we implement best practices in your environment. This way you get a solution that has proven its worth.

During onboarding, by default we train the key users as administrators. They normally train the other users. We now also take care of that with unlimited free learning lines in our training academy worth € 25 per learning line.

Employee

This learning line is for all users. This teaches you the basics such as working with your schedule and your time sheets. You will learn how to set up personal integrations with Outlook/Google and Teams/Slack, including setting up useful notifications.

Planner

With this learning line, planners learn the ins and outs of the planning board, the week planner and the Gantt Chart. They handle requests through resource requests. For reporting, they learn to use our utilization feature for a forecast of the workload.

Project manager

The project manager learning line deals with planning projects in the Gantt Chart, the week planner and the planning board. They learn how to submit resource requests and how to track project progress. They keep a grip on their projects with fancy dashboards.

Management

This learning line discusses the processes for requesting leave and authorizing time sheets. In addition, much attention is paid to the use of dashboards for tracking the productivity of the organizational units and the performance of projects.
