When you connect Google Calendar to Timewax, you give Timewax access to the events in the Google calendars you own (Google permission calendar.events.owned).

Timewax only uses your primary calendar. It adds your Timewax bookings there as events, and changes or deletes those events when the booking changes in Timewax.

To do that, Timewax reads the events in your primary calendar for the period it syncs; it only keeps the events it created itself and ignores all others, without storing them.

Timewax does not ask for access to your other calendars, contacts, e-mail or Google profile. We store the Google access token encrypted in our database, only to run this sync. We do not sell this data, do not share it with third parties and do not use it for advertising.

People at Timewax do not read it unless you ask us for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it. You can stop the access at any time: disconnect Google Calendar under Integrations in Timewax (we then delete the stored token), or remove Timewax at your Google permissions).

Timewax’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
