For the planners it helps enormously that recording the planning is very accessible: “You can easily move, copy and switch between consultants.” The planning automatically goes to the consultants’ calendar and through the 2-way integration with Outlook the appointments from the calendar are also synchronized with Timewax. All this helps the planning to make a correct and complete schedule.

We can now work in much more detail, making everything much easier to follow. We can check for a specific task whether an excess of hours has occurred, where it came from and where fewer hours were used. Information that you would also like to know for future calculations.
