Clients
Our AFAS integration syncs new clients from the AFAS’s CRM module to Timewax. As a result, we update client data by the hour. With clients in Timewax, you can easily select projects for planning and reporting purposes.
Projects
When you create a new project in AFAS, we’ll automatically create it in Timewax for you. We’ll use the same data like code, name, project manager, status, etc. We will also bring the breakdown of a project in AFAS to Timewax, together with the budgeted number of hours. This way, you can compare budgeted hours with the planned hours in Timewax.
Employees
You create new employees in the HRM module of AFAS. Then, we’ll automatically create the employee as a resource in Timewax. Next, if you alter their data, like position, department, and skills, we’ll sync that continuously with Timewax.
Skills
In AFAS, you can set up skills and levels. You can also do this in Timewax. Because of this, the integration syncs this information from AFAS to Timewax.
In AFAS, for each employee, you can define which skills and levels they have. Our AFAS integration automatically brings this information over to the corresponding resource in Timewax.
Leave
In AFAS, all employees have a workable hours roster that specifies their part-time work. Our AFAS integration syncs this data to Timewax. Leave is also taken over from AFAS and processed in the personal planning schedule of each employee.
Planned hours
Timewax processes the planned hours into the time sheets of the employees in AFAS. Processing these hours makes time tracking in AFAS very easy. Because employees only have to review their time sheets and make changes where necessary. So it saves your employees time and reduces the number of errors.
Timesheets
Alternatively, you can also decide to do time tracking in Timewax. Once you approve the timesheets in Timewax, the integration sends the data to AFAS. Here, they are instantly available for reporting and invoicing purposes.
