Our old custom software worked perfectly for years, but it wasn’t being further developed. Now, when I create a plan item in Timewax, it’s instantly available in AFAS Profit and AFAS Pocket. In AFAS Pocket, employees can see which clients they need to see and log their hours worked there. When a client calls for an appointment, scrolling forward is so much faster than we were used to. That really makes our work easier. And now we can email a client a summary of all their recurring appointments.

For the planners it helps enormously that recording the planning is very accessible: “You can easily move, copy and switch between consultants.” The planning automatically goes to the consultants’ calendar and through the 2-way integration with Outlook the appointments from the calendar are also synchronized with Timewax. All this helps the planning to make a correct and complete schedule.

We can now work in much more detail, making everything much easier to follow. We can check for a specific task whether an excess of hours has occurred, where it came from and where fewer hours were used. Information that you would also like to know for future calculations. This way we get as close to the truth as possible. Valuable insights that have improved our entire process.

Timewax has quite an impact. In particular, we think the efficiency and clarity have improved significantly! Thanks to the Outlook integration with Timewax, the hours worked within projects are immediately processed in Timewax. This means that double entry is no longer necessary and the information surrounding a project is immediately available to everyone involved. We can now detect deviations within projects much faster through reports.

We now have much better insight into what the billable time is currently and in the future. This way we now know better what turnover we can expect. The insights into time ensure that budgeted costs can be checked in quotes and that staff can be planned more accurately. The impact of Timewax is therefore mainly that the business processes have become a lot more transparent and that these processes have been made more efficient.

Management is very happy with the overviews that they can generate within Timewax. They can see the resource utilisation and generate projections for the future. This enables managers to plan and distribute resources more effectively in the short term while taking into account how resource distribution is planned in the long term.

The overview and insight that Timewax offers has provided much more clarity within the organization. This makes it easier for everyone to organize and functions such as registering actual hours directly on the telephone have made everything a lot more workable. As a planner, I really find this 100x better than a spreadsheet.

Timewax has certainly met our expectations. Thanks to Timewax API, we were able to integrate Probis to Timewax. Fast and integrated processes are very important to us and we want to have our systems support them. Timewax fits perfectly in this vision.

Scheduling resources and time tracking were moved to Timewax, as a result of which Xibis succeeded in simplifying and accelerating work processes. Manual labour is now automated and Xibis is no longer dependent on separate software systems and files.

The planning department can schedule projects and resources much faster and the financial department can prepare reports more quickly, because Timewax’s AFAS integration ensures that the planning data is immediately available in AFAS.
